Monochrome in RED

Blazer: H&M; Dress:  H&M; Bra: Victoria Secret; Heels: Zara; Clutch: Italian Designer Bag by Carbotti bags; Sunnies: Esprit

Once in a while I love to get dressed in one color from head to toe. Achieving a Monochromatic Looks without looking like a fire truck can be tricky though. It's all about coordinating the pieces and layering with different textures to add an interesting chic twist to your Ensemble.

Wedding Guest Attire with mint dress and mules

Dress: Grace Karin; Heels: Zara; Bag; Clutch; Asos

Wedding Season is in its full bloom right now. If you are invited t one soon Grace Karin has some really elegant yet playfull dresses like  the mint colored with one embellisment around the waist I am wearing in this post. Usually I like to opt for maxi dresses when I am attending a wedding but I couldn't resist to get this midi dress in this refreshing color for my next celebration.

One of the big trends for this summer are MULES which is a french word and describes a style of shoe that is backless and often closed-toed. They have been popular on and off during the last sixty years however Marilyn Monroe  really popularized this shoe in the early 50's.

Have a great start in the week

Cape Blazer

Cape Blazer: Zara current but sold out similar; Shirt H&M; Leather Pants: H&M; Clutch: Asos; Heels: Zara; Necklace. HRH Collection

Every fashionista should own one....WHAAAT?
I'm talking about cape blazers that add an interesting twist on the timeless blazer. It's a fluttery uber chic feminine take on staple blazers and is spliced as the sleeves for a cape like look.
It makes the perfect layering piece and elevate the whole look, dont you think? So if you love blazers and capes this kills two birds with one stone.

Adidas Superstars sneakers dust rose

Sneakers: adidas Coat: Zara; Shirt: Zara; Pants Zara; Bag: Carbotti Bag- Italian Designer Bag

Hi, I'm Ani, that german chick that used to post her outfits regularly but was a little bit MIA recently. But I am back. YEAH :-)

So, how adorable are these floral sneakers? Being obsessed with them is an UNDERSTATEMENT. It's a wonder that I am not sleeping with them so much I am attached to them :-)
The flirty floral print with the pink stripes just scream summer to me and yeah summer finally arrived here in south Germany.

When I put an outfit together I build it around one item. The color scheme in the printed shoes dictated the colors I am going to wear
The dust rose stripes also inspired me to wear them with this super cute pink coat from Zara, such a nice spring staple. The olive waxed jeans pick up the pattern from the shoes.

A relaxed yet put together look, don't you think?

Floral Shorts Suit

Suit: Asos; Top;  H&M similar or similar; Heels; Shoemint

I couldn't be happier. Spring is finally in its full bloom here in South Germany. I couldn't wait to put on this super adorable floral short suits that has been waiting in my closets for better weather for weeks now. Excuse my pale legs but if the sun stays that way, I will be tanned in no time :-)
That I am a huge fan of floral print is not a big secret. So when I saw the flirty combo on asos homepage the "buy button" was pushed quicker then my mind "You don't need any more clothes" could intervene :-)
